From time to time we may take photographs or video footage for marketing purposes. By entering the site, you consent to being included in such images. If you would prefer not to appear, please speak to a member of staff on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Weather

Children's supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times. Adults are responsible for ensuring children use all play equipment and facilities safely and appropriately.
Safety
Please be aware we are a real working farm, therefore the ground is uneven in places, and sometimes wet and muddy, especially in the woodland. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing and take care. All children under 17 years old are required to be supervised fully during their visit to High Lodge Farm by an adult over the age of 18 years.
Covid
You are advised not to visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID.
Right to Refuse Entry
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor without refund if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or likely to affect the enjoyment or safety of others.
Personal Property
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. High Lodge Farm Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We offer a range of refreshments, including hot and cold drinks, cakes, snacks and other food items. Allergen information is available for everything we serve and our team will be happy to provide this on request. While we take care to provide accurate allergen information, our refreshments are prepared and handled in environments where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Visitors with severe allergies should exercise their own judgement and speak to a member of staff before purchasing or consuming any food or drink.
Visitors with allergies should be aware that our site is a working farm with livestock, pollen, insects, hay, straw and other natural allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Barrel train
The barrel train is intended for children aged 3 years and over only. Children must be able to sit independently and remain seated throughout the ride. All riders must follow the instructions of our staff at all times. High Lodge Farm Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse access if we believe it would be unsafe for a child to ride. Participation is at the rider's own risk.

Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. High Lodge Farm Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking or vaping on site.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on our campsite only. Dogs are not permitted at any of our events, including Little Explorers, Big Bale Play, Pumpkin Patch and all other seasonal activities, with the exception of assistance dogs. All dogs staying on the campsite must be well behaved, and owners must clean up after them. We reserve the right to ask owners to remove any dog that is causing a nuisance or poses a risk to other guests.
